  I would like to express my thanks to Andrew Sheret staffs in Burnaby branch specially Lou who help me a lot in assisting me to find all the materials I needed in pluming because it was my first time to come to the store. I found the staff very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful taking time to explain everything I needed to know especially the safety. As a first timer in the store I was well impressed. I highly recommend this branch.
