  We had passport photos done on Saturday. Went to passport office on Monday & photos were rejected due to glare on cheeks. Passport office wrote detailed rejection letter for me to take back to Kerrisdale Camera so we could get retakes. Took family back & instead offering retakes the clerk just said: Did you ask for passport photos because that's the best we can do so here is your money back. He couldn't care less
