  I enjoy cooking but was not impressed with the run of the mill 24 inch ranges that I had seen for sale. I went to Langara Appliances and they had better quality stoves. I purchased an older Viking - one of the Eaton's brands. I know and love Viking ranges and I was very happy that Langara had one in stock. When I tested the stove temperature with a thermometer, the heat settings measured absolutely accurate. The insulation in this range is superior. The heat retention after turning off the stove is phenomenal. This ensures even, consistent heat and energy savings. The sales staff at Langara are really great and were very accommodating. I would recommend that you go to Langara first before you go looking anywhere else. They sell better quality that lasts.
