  I called a week in a advance to book an appointment to replace my windshield. On the phone they told me it would take 3 hours to replace my windshield. When I went there I waited 2 and a half hours and noticed the my vehicle hadnt gone into the shop. Out of frustration, I asked the front desk what's going on and they told me that it would take another hour. How do you call yourself speedy glass when it takes four hours to do the job? Soon after I called Boyd auto and they told me it will take 45 mins to do the job. They need to change their name to Slow and Disappointed Glass. This place sucks. Don't waste your time.
